Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, CPA/CA with minimum 10 years of professional experience (prior Big 4 background + current commercial sector experience - strong in Financial & Management reporting)
• Strong technical competency - good understanding of accounting standards/ IFRS
• Team management skills
• Proficient in Excel, ability to be hands-on and drive improvement of manual processes
• Traits: Hardworking, hands-on, clear communication skills, mature, driven, team player and independent, able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Budget

S$8,000 - S$9,000 per month + Bonus

Job Scope

As the Accounting Manager, you will manage a team and oversee a regional portfolio in accounting and reporting. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly P&L statements, ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to management, balance sheet schedules relating to cost provisions, unbilled revenue, prepayments, as well as driving the preparation for annual budget and quarterly forecast. You will business partner closely with division leads and senior management, drive value-added analysis to provide in-dept business insights and enable stakeholders to understand performance drivers in greater depth. You will continuously evaluate existing processes and drive process improvement as current processes might be manual.
