- Prepare financial reports and analyses.
- Manage general ledger and month-end close.
- Maintain fixed asset records and controls.
- Track product transfer costs.
- Consolidate accounts.
- Prepare audit, GST, and EDB reports.
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and FDA regulations.
- Oversee AR and collections.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Support bank and AP payments.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis.
- Support Finance Controller with ad-hoc requests.
Education/Experience and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting; part/qualified accountant preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Business Objects is a plus.
- Ability to handle large datasets and maintain accuracy.
- Ability to manage team members (in a shared services context) and drive accountability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment.
