Job description
  • Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and audit strategy that complies with required professional standards and addresses the risks appropriately.
  • prepare and present high-quality audit reports and financial statements to clients, demonstrating your expertise and attention to detail.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to develop the skills of your team members.
  • Conducting timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training
  • Perform review on team members' audit work upon completion of the engagement

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / CA or equivalent recognised professional qualification,
  • At least 5 years of relevant audit experience, with 1 year managerial experience
  • Client focused with good communication skills,
  • Proactive, technically sound and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure
