What you'll be doing?

• Lead audit engagements: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality audits that adhere to professional standards.
• Mentor and develop: Coach and train junior staff, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
• Client relationship management: Liaise with clients to understand their business, identify risks, and provide valuable insights.
• Quality reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports and financial statements to clients.
• Process improvement: Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
• Business development: Contribute to growth by assisting with proposals and client presentations.

Who are they looking for?

• Experienced professional: 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in external audit, preferably from a reputable accounting firm.
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in managing diverse audit engagements and delivering high-quality results.
• Qualified accountant: Professional qualification in Accountancy required.
