Accounting Assistant

Salary: $2,000 to $2,500 (commensurate with experience)

Industry: Construction, Developer & Property Management

Job Description

• Assist the Account Executive in daily accounting & finance duties, and audit compilation of statutory financial statements
• Invoicing/Billing and ensure timely collection of AR
• Tax filing, GST submission, and other accounting tasks
• Liaise with internal & external parties such as sub-cons, auditors, bankers, etc
• Other HR/administrative support as assigned

Requirement

• Relevant certificate
• Minimum with 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
