• Position: Accounts Officer
• Location: Braddell
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm or 8.30 - 6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Transportation

Main Responsibilities:

• Generating and issuing invoices promptly to ensure timely billing
• Manage accounts receivable, including recording and tracking of collections, following up on outstanding invoices and preparing monthly statements of account
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded in the system
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and yearly entries and closing matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum ITE in Accountancy or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative or account receivable experience
