NTU Shared Services (NSS) Finance is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the finance related transaction services. One of the divisions in Accounts Receivables function is Student Finance.

Student Finance is responsible for the full spectrum of fee billing and collection to students. The responsibilities include monitoring AR collection, debts management, Credit control and Management reporting.

This position is part of the Student Finance team reporting to Account Receivables Team.

Job Description:

• Process timely and accurate billing, collection of revenue, journal posting, prepare management reporting and financial aid disbursement. It ensures completeness in revenue recognition and compliance to University and standard accounting guideline.
• Support functional process improvement and streamlining to meet university mission and vision.
• Learn on billing and collection systems, involve in system implementation and learn tools such as RPA in process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree / Equivalent Qualification in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure
• Service oriented, be hands-on, meticulous, analytical and have initiative
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and IT savvy with using different systems, SAP knowledge is preferred
• Can work independently and as a team
