Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial governance frameworks and internal controls.
• Draft and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all tax obligations, particularly GST.
• Oversee treasury functions and optimize cash management.
• Manage financial accounting and reporting.
• Lead financial system implementations and process improvements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.

Requirements

• Reputable Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated deep understanding of corporate governance frameworks and internal control systems.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex financial projects, such as system implementations and framework reviews.
• Experience in driving process improvements.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
