Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounting records, GST submissions, financial statement drafting, and tax filings. You will also lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth operations while addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
- Supervise monthly bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and submit GST filings in a timely manner.
- Draft unaudited financial statements and perform tax computations.
- Handle client queries and complaints, ensuring professional and prompt resolution.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, team management, and client servicing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Singtax software is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage a team, meet deadlines, and resolve client concerns.
