An international education institution in the eastern part of Singapore is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance functions to provide smooth operation support for the institution
• Prepare monthly management report and analysis of financial results for the group
• Assist in the development of annual budget
• Prepare quarterly GST filing, monthly journals, schedules and reconciliations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Cash management and cash flow projections
• Manage Fixed Assets capitalization
• Assist to implement finance policies and procedures
• Identify and recommend any possible process improvement projects to streamline the finance operations
• Ensure timely submission of reports to the relevant parties and authorities
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders on relevant financial matters
• Supervise accounts staff
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Candidates with experience in the education industry is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
