9 Months Executive, Finance Operations
•    Ensure policy payments and commission are processed timely and accurately.
•    Support month end closing including checking of commission/referral fee report, preparing journal entries and posting journals to general ledger (Oracle)
•    Perform bank reconciliation and investigate unreconciled transactions.
•    Perform balance sheet reconciliation and investigate unreconciled transactions.
•    Work collaboratively with different teams on initiatives which would improve Finance's efficiency. 
•    Support system UAT.
•    Perform trend analysis of policy and commissions payments.
