Job Description:

Join us as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive, where you will play a pivotal role in managing comprehensive account services for a diverse client portfolio across various industries. This position involves leading a team of two account executives to deliver exceptional monthly bookkeeping, timely GST filings, drafting of financial reports, and corporate tax management. You will also collaborate closely with the audit partner, dedicating about 25% of your time to support audit preparations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee complete sets of accounts for clients in multiple industries.
• Supervise and ensure the accuracy of monthly bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and handle corporate tax filings.
• Draft unaudited financial reports and manage tax computations.
• Assist in audit preparations and report generation.
• Engage proactively with clients to resolve inquiries and build enduring relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve stringent deadlines and meet client expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or audit firm, with a proven track record in managing full sets of accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and Singtax.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client interactions.
