We are currently seeking a Finance Executive who possesses the necessary skills and background to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in gaining experience in accounts and contributing to the establishment of a workflow system.

Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Administration:

A day in the life:

• Responsible for recording daily customers payments by various payment modes in the SAP.
• Responsible for reconciliation vendor payments by breakdown level.
• Reply and advise the internal and external stakeholder’ inquiries.
• Perform other finance and admin -related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or Senior Executive.

What you need:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Able to use SAP B1 is a plus.
