Key Responsibilities:

  1.  Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts.
  2.  Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial information, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  3.  Budget Management: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and reporting variances between actuals and forecasts.
  4.  Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  5.  Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and prompt collection from customers.
  6.  Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary information and resolving any discrepancies.
  7.  Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
