Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling full accounts payable function including provision/accruals and meet month end closing deadline.
  • Verification of supporting document and posting of invoices in SAP system and process payments.
  • Support other activities relating to fixed assets and general ledgers e.g. IFRS16 Leases.
  • Review and update AP, FA & GL standard operating procedures. Support any enquiries, if applicable. 
  • Application of GST according to IRAS regulations.
  • Any other ad-hoc activities as per instructed by Management.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Diploma in Accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AP and / or minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in full set of accounts.
  • Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • MS Excel skills
