About Company:
Our client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.

Job Description:
- Verification of stock transfer request: Demo, Customer exchange activities etc.
- Generate, monitor, and follow up on inventory aging
- Reconciliation of subledger reports with general ledger
- Perform & witness stock disposal
- Perform & reconcile inventory count
- Liaise with marketing / warehouse personnel for any inventory related issues
- Perform Account Payable (AP)
- Liaise with Admin / ASC for trade related issues
- Monthly journal entries
- Supplier master: Create, and annual deactivation
- Preparation of monthly inventory reports
- Quarterly consolidation reports
- Prepare balance sheet analysis for inventory / AP related accounts
- Assist in J-SOX audit check sheet / financial audit / HQ audit
- Any ad-hoc project / task

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP

Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 5.30pm
- Hybrid arrangement (WFH: 2 days)
