Our client is Oil & Gas service provider in Singapore. They have an immediate requirement for a Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
Prepare customer invoices and assist in monitoring collections
Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting records and filing
Assist in bank reconciliation and other reconciliations
Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters
Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the finance team as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office and Tally-ERP accounting software will be an advantage
Able to work under pressure to deliver and adhere to tight deadlines
Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
Self-motivated and work independently
Able to start work within short notice
Job location : Macpherson, Singapore
Salary : $2500 - $3000 pm (negotiable)
Work week : 5.5 days (5 days may be considered also)
