Our client is a reputable audit and advisory firm in Singapore, part of a top global accounting and consulting network spanning over 100 countries. You will gain hands-on experience working with clients across various industries while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Job Scope:

• Lead audit teams on engagements of varying complexity, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines and budgets.
• Review audit documentation for technical accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added insights and support business development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in audit methodology, processes, and technology.
• Mentor and develop audit staff through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Participate in recruitment, resource planning, and other professional development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit experience, with experience managing teams and client portfolios.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to practice growth.

Working Location: Lavender

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: $5,500
