KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assurance engagements by defining the auditstrategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it incompliance with the firm's policies and protocols. When required, you'llpersonally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams onengagements, depending on the size of the engagement.

• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leadingthe team to perform efficiently.

• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the planand alter it when needed.

• Cultivate and manage business developmentopportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding theservices provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways toapply knowledge and services.

• Conduct timely performance reviews and provideperformance feedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivatetechnical competencies.

• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think forthemselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assuranceteam.

• Maintain cooperative relationships with other assuranceteams

• Develop and maintain long-term productive clientrelationships and networks.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Work effectively as a team member, sharingresponsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updatingsenior team members on progress.

• Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams andlisten/respond to other assurance team members' views.

• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the auditclient's environment.

• Cultivate and manage business developmentopportunities. Generate new businessopportunities by understanding the servicesprovided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to applyknowledge and services.

• Good project management skills.

• Integrity within a professional environment.

Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the auditclient's environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relatedfield.

• Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPASingapore qualification.

• Working knowledge of Caseware audit software a strongadvantage.

• At least 3 years of related work experience in amanagerial role.
