Job responsibilities :

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statementsand other financial statements
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all businesstransactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that informationwill be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Analyzes and prepares monthly reports
• Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job requirements :

Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant field

Team player and good working attitude

Proficient in MS Office & MYOB accounting software are advantageous
Able to work independently
Meticulous and keen to learn

Good communications and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented and organised
