Our client is a well known cross-border trading group engaged in international trade and import-export activities.
They have an immediate requirement for a ACCOUNTS & FINANCE MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with banks and financial institutions; oversee credit lines, trade finance, and compliance requirements.
Lead accounting operations for the group of companies, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions; provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements; liaise with auditors, consultants, and authorities.
Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards.
Guide, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure smooth operations and professional growth.
Drive process improvements, best practices, and internal controls across finance and accounting functions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA Inter qualification required; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in finance, treasury, and accounting.
strong knowledge of accounting principles, trade finance, and compliance frameworks.

Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Tally, or advanced Excel).

Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Independent, resourceful, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Candidate Preferences

Prior experience in import-export is highly desirable.

Candidates with exposure to cross-border transactions will be preferred.

Work week : Mon - Fri
Work timing : 9.30-6pm
Salary : Upto 7k (open for discussions)
