Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced marine fuels and shipping Accountant and HR Manager to lead financial strategy, banking, funding management, and human resource operations for our petroleum trading and ship-owning company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's banking and funding management, ensuring sustainable cash flow and capital allocation
• Advise senior management on financial planning, risk management, and investment decisions to support business growth
• Manage accounting functions related to oil trading and maritime operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee human resource management including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and HR initiatives with organizational objectives
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports to support decision-making and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement
