RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the day-to-day Finance Operations.
To lead and mentor the Finance team
To handle full set of accounts
To manage AP/AR, GL, Cash flow management, month-end and year-end closing
To prepare timely monthly management, financial reports, cashflow analysis & forecast
To prepare yearly forecast and budget
To compute the commission for the sales personnel
To manage GST, tax filings, and liaise with various stakeholders including auditors and banks
To review/ handle BG & LC applications
To prepare government statistics returns
Any ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in related field with at least 2 years of supervisoryor team lead experience
Meticulous with good and positive attitude
Strong knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements with strong sense of businessacumen
Hands-on, proactive, organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP system (e.g. SAP, Sage or similar) and strong analytical skill
Good team player with good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
