About the Role

An established regional organisation is looking for a Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to support group finance operations. This role involves cross-border financial reporting, consolidation, tax coordination, and close partnership with senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to Group CFO & Senior Finance Manager
• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore entities (GL, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, month-end closing)
• Prepare group consolidated financial statements
• Perform monthly group closing across Singapore, Hong Kong, and overseas entities
• Manage tax filings for regional group companies
• Support finance modelling, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Formulate and improve financial management policies and accounting procedures
• Liaise with financial institutions on treasury and cashflow matters
• Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals on audit, tax, and compliance matters
• Support cross-regional finance coordination and special projects

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Certified ACCA / CPA
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, ideally from a sizeable CPA firm with commercial exposure
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience in group consolidation and regional reporting (exposure to HK-listed reporting is an advantage)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Independent, self-driven, and a good team player
