Job Description
The Accounting Manager manages accounting engagements and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting for clients. This role involves supervising accounting teams, reviewing financial statements, and providing technical guidance on accounting matters.

Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting engagements and client portfolios.
Review monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements.
Ensure compliance with SFRS, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and review work performed by seniors and associates.
Coordinate audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Support clients on accounting and reporting queries.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Requirements
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred.
Minimum 6-9 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
Prior experience supervising junior staff.
Good organisational and time management skills.
