Key Responsibilities

1. Handle daily bank and digital wallet payments and collections

2. Support AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations

3. Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting

4. Process vendor payments, staff claims, and invoice verification

5. Support audit, tax, GST filings, and intercompany reconciliations

6. Maintain accurate accounting records and system data

7. Use NetSuite ERP (training provided) and support ad-hoc finance tasks

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance or related field

2. 0-3 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)

3. Basic knowledge of SFRS and GST

4. Proficient in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus

5. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese

6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
