Job Description: Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. This role will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• \tOversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

• \tPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

• \tEnsure timely submission of GST, corporate tax, and other statutory filings.

• \tLiaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.

• \tProvide financial analysis and insights to support management in strategic planning and budgeting.

• \tUpdate machine stocks store in the warehouse.

• \tTo handle all customer related matters for the Sales & Marketing Team.

• \tRender support to Marketing Team & Sales Director.

• \tAd-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing team.

Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• \tMinimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• \tStrong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, GST, and SFRS.

• \tProficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• \tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• \tStrong leadership and communication abilities to manage a team and collaborate across departments.

• \tAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
