Job Position: Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

Lead the accounting function by preparing accurate financial reports, enhancing internal controls, managing month-end closes, and coordinating audits. Supervise and develop accounting and administrative staff to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, financial policies, inventory management, and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Manage the month-end closing process, including general ledger reconciliations, account analysis, and inventory verification to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all tax filings and regulatory reports are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Lead and supervise accounting and administrative staff by delegating tasks, reviewing work quality, and fostering team development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting or related field.
• Accounting-related certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
