A leading real estate investment and advisory platform headquartered in Singapore with a strong APAC footprint. The firm supports institutional clients through fund administration, investment accounting, and reporting across complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate fund structures.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be taking ownership of Luxembourg domiciled funds and driving fund level accounting and reporting up to fund consolidation. This is a team lead role that will lead/guide a team of 1-2 pax.

While with a fund services platform, the role's responsibilities are like that of an in-house fund controller position, with responsibilities not limited to the following:

• \tOversee fund accounting and reporting for Luxembourg-domiciled funds

• \tReview monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS / INREV

• \tReview NAV calculations, investor reporting, and bespoke client deliverables

• \tSupport fund onboarding, restructurings, and divestments, including tax and fee structuring

• \tCoordinate closely with auditors, administrators, corporate secretaries, and service providers

• \tLead system enhancement and automation initiatives, reducing manual processes and strengthening controls

• \tParticipate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and issue resolution

• \tAct as a bank signatory and approver (payments processed by an offshore team)

Your Profile

• \tCA-qualified (mandatory)

• \tProven experience with Luxembourg-domiciled funds (mandatory)

• \tStrong background in buyside fund accounting

• \tDemonstrated track record in process improvement, automation, or system enhancement

• \tExperience supporting fund onboarding, divestments, and fund structuring

• \tComfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role

• \tExposure to Yardi IM is a plus

• \tDynamic, flexible, and process-minded with strong communication skills

• \tTeam-oriented with a supportive, pragmatic working style
