The Billing Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end transformation

Billing Model Analysis & Design:
Develop a strong understanding of multiple billing models across different business units
Assess current processes, identify pain points, and design simplified, standardized and scalable billing frameworks

Project & Change Management:
Lead cross-functional project management efforts, ensuring delivery of billing transformation initiatives on time and within scope
Drive stakeholder engagement, including finance billing personnel, corporate IT, and external public healthcare clusters and agencies, to secure alignment and adoption.

Solutioning & Execution:
Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations, improve efficiency and reduce costs
Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address process inefficiencies, including automation and robotic process automation (RPA)

Preferred requirements:
Minimum eight years of related work experience in accounting operations / controllership functions, preferably being exposed to IT organizations and / or with audit experience in a Big 4 firm.
Understand the importance of data and comes with analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Strong project management and change management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement across multiple internal and external entities
