Accounting / AuditingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy inconsultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliance with thefirm's policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complexaudit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending onthe size of the engagement.
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team toperform efficiently.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter itwhen needed.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate newbusiness opportunities by understanding the services provided by our sisterconcerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences that cultivate technicalcompetencies.
• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves andtake responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performancefeedback/on-the-job training.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other assurance teams
• Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships andnetworks.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providingsupport, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members onprogress.
• Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond toother assurance team members' views.
• Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the audit client'senvironment.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate newbusinessopportunities by understanding the services provided by our sisterconcerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.
• Good project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPA Singaporequalification.
• Working knowledge of Caseware audit software a strong advantage.
• At least 3 years of related work experience in a managerial role.
