Job responsibilities:

1. Financial Support : Assisting with monthly closing and maintaining accurate financial record
2. Assisting with yearly external audit and stock-take
3. Reporting: Preparing reports on AR aging, collection status, cashflow forecast
4. Updating bank books and bank reconciliation
5. Reconciliation of AR and ensure all receipts are recorded
6. Updating monthly exchange rate
7. Updating of fixed assets register
8. Other adhoc duties

Requirements:
・Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience
・Diploma in Accounting or a related field
・Proficiency in the Sun Accounting System
・AR experience is preferred but not mandatory
・Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
・Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
・Self-motivated and eager to learn
