Job Activities

  • Preparation of the monthly Flash Report to enable Galaxy and CAP reporting
  • Preparation of monthly management reports including monitoring and analysis of monthly expenditures toensure that the realized costs are within budget
  • Monitoring of the team's monthly timewriting and prepare of monthly reports with time analysisfor internal users and budget holders
  • Creation of RFS project codes and monitoring of budgets for each project
  • Responsible for application of IFRS16 using the tool SAP CLM and ensure accurate reconciliation
  • Responsible for preparing the annual financial statements
  • Provide support to the accounts payable function including processing of affiliates invoices
  • Provide support in monthly balance sheet closing schedules, accounts payable, GST return whenrequired
  • Liaising with external auditors and prepare responses for audit queries

Supporting Project Entity based in Singapore
  • Responsible for the accounts payable function, liaising with the cost controllers to ensure timely andaccurate processing
  • Preparation of monthly closing schedules and reports including accruals, IFRS16 entries, payroll, rental journals and cash call
  • Assist in the preparation of the financial statements

Supporting Other Affiliates
  • Responsible for monthly reporting in Galaxy and contribute to the budgeting process

Job Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized professional qualification in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of budgeting and cost control experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Comfortable with working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is plus) and advanced excel skills for analysis purposes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and act with considerable degree of independence
