about the job
You'll be responsible for the full spectrum of bookkeeping and financial reporting. This includes daily recording of transactions, preparing accurate monthly and annual financial statements, and supporting the consolidation of financial data across multiple entities. You will also manage treasury functions by working closely with banks on cash management and reconciliations. You will assist to reply to the Auditor's queries and continually improve on the system and work processes whenever required. You will have a lot of autonomy in decision making.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified in accounting or an equivalent. You should have at least 5 years of experience in full sets of accounts, ideally with a couple of years in Audit as your first job. You are a strong communicator and work well independently. Office is located in the CBD, 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home. You will be reporting to the CFO directly so you have to be dynamic and confident, able to engage stakeholders well. Candidates with notice period of 2 months will not be considered.
