The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with Chinese and Singapore financial and tax regulations, and supporting cross-border business activities. The role oversees budgeting, financial controls, statutoryreporting, and provides financial insights to support managementdecision-making.

Job Responsibilities 职位职责

1. Oversee the company's overall financial management, including budget preparation, cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis. 全面负责公司的整体财务管理工作,包括预算编制,成本控制,资金管理及财务分析。

2. Manage and supervise the company's financial systems and accounting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper internal controls. 管理并监督公司的财务体系及账务处理流程,确保财务数据的准确性,合规性及内部控制有效。

3. Ensure compliance with Chinese financial systems andSingapore local tax laws, including timely tax filings, statutory reporting,and audit coordination. 熟悉中国财务体系及新加坡本地税法,确保税务申报,法定申报及审计工作的合规与及时完成。

4. Maintain effective working relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders to support financial operations. 与银行,税务机关,审计机构及其他外部单位保持良好合作关系,保障公司财务运作顺畅。

5. Participate in cross-border financial and tax management, providing professional financial advice and support to senior management.

6. Support financial matters related to international trade, including foreign exchange management, international settlements, and related financial operations. 协助处理国际贸易相关的财务事务,包括外汇管理,国际结算及相关财务操作。

7. Continuously review and optimize financial processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. 持续优化财务流程及工作机制,提高部门运作效率及财务数据的准确性。

8. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, including preparation of management reports and financial statements. 负责月结,季结及年结工作,编制管理层财务报表及相关分析报告。

9. Monitor cash flow and working capital, including cash flow forecasting and treasury-related matters to ensure healthy liquidity. 负责资金流动及营运资金管理,包括现金流预测及相关资金管理事项,确保公司资金运作稳健。

Job Requirements 职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 本科及以上学历,财务,会计或相关专业背景。

2. Familiar with Chinese financial systems and Singapore local tax regulations; experience in international tax management is preferred.
熟悉中国财务体系及新加坡本地税法,具备国际税务管理经验者优先。

3. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage. 持有 CPA,ACCA 或其他同等专业资格认证者优先考虑。

4. Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial management experience; experience in international trade or cross-border business is preferred.
至少 5 年相关财务管理经验,具备外贸或跨境业务经验者优先。

5. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 具备良好的领导能力,团队管理能力,以及较强的沟通与问题解决能力。

6. Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
