Job Description

ClearSK is hiring an Accounts Payable Executive to support daily finance operations across its clinics and regional offices. This role focuses on accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and maintaining proper accountingrecords in accordance with internal controls and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process supplier invoices and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals

- Prepare payment schedules and arrange timely payments to vendors

- Maintain accounts payable ledgers and supporting documentation

- Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

- Handle routine vendor and internal payment-related enquiries

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with finance procedures

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Prior experience in accounts payable or accounting functions preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems

- Good attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders

- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach

Additional Information

Training will be provided on internal systems and workflows. The role operates within a structured finance environment supporting healthcare operations.
