RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Manage the day-to-day finance operations
• Handle full set of accounts
• Manage AP/AR, GL, Cash flow management, month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare timely monthly management, financial reports, cashflow analysis & forecast
• Prepare yearly forecast and budget
• Compute the commission for the sales personnels
• Manage GST, tax filings, and liaise with various stakeholders including auditors and banks
• Review/ handle BG & LC applications
• Prepare government statistics returns
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Accountancy, Finance, with equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of working experience in related field with at least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Meticulous with good and positive attitude
• Strong knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements with strong sense of business acumen
• Hands-on, proactive, organized and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP system (e.g. SAP, Sage or similar) and strong analytical skill
• Good team player with good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
