About the Company

We are a well-established wholesale company dealing in building materials, hardware, plumbing, and heating equipment and supplies (including cement, sand, and related products). We are seeking a responsible and experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• \tHandle full sets of accounts and prepare financial statements (FS)

• \tGenerate sales and cash flow reports

• \tManage and verify bank transactions

• \tOversee accounts receivable (AR) and debt collection functions

• \tHandle checks from suppliers and vendors

• \tPrepare and submit quarterly GST filings

• \tManage taxation and auditing matters

• \tConduct quarterly inventory supervision and back-office preparations

• \tSupervise and manage at least 2 accounting staff

• \tPerform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• \tBachelor's Degree in Accounting

• \tProven experience handling full accounting functions

• \tExperience managing at least 2 employees

• \tProficient in email, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

• \tWilling to work in the Changi / Eastern area

• \tExperience with NAVISION accounting software is an advantage (optional)
