• Position: Accounts Payable Executive (4-Months Contract) - Up to $4,000
• Location: Shenton Way (MRT nearby)
• Working hours: 5 Days/ Office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000
• Duration: 4-Month Contract (Jan to April 2026)
• Industry: Manufacturing and trading silicone rubber and PVC products

Responsibilities:

• Invoice checking, coding & posting (direct SAP entry + Bank for International Settlement Excel upload)
• Handle mainly local vendors: freight forwarders, staff claims, corporate card, DHL/FedEx, sundry expenses
• Download SAP data & prepare payment vouchers (via another system)
• Prepare GIRO & T/T payments via MUFG internet banking
• Monthly reports: AP Summary, AP Ageing, Payment Forecast

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' Accounts Payable experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP
• Strong Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP) for reporting
• Familiar with multi-currency transactions
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
