Responsibilities:

Full Accounting Management: Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
Tax Compliance: Manage Singapore tax filings (e.g., GST, corporate income tax) to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
Audit & Compliance: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure financial compliance with Singaporean regulations.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor budget implementation, optimize financial processes, and enhance cost efficiency.
Payment & Cash Management: Oversee company cash flow, approve payments, and manage financial transactions to ensure security and efficiency.
Business Support: Work closely with operations, risk management, and legal teams to provide financial support and improve processes.
Financial System Optimization: Maintain and enhance financial software and ERP systems to improve accounting efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or discipline.
At least 3 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or blockchain industry.
CPA or Singapore CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singaporean financial regulations, tax policies, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Experience in financial management for digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related businesses; familiarity with exchange operations is a plus.
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
