Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accounting? I am seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to join my client in the Chemicals Distribution industry, where you will play a pivotalrole in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their Singapore financial and HR operations.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for all finance and HR matters. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations and IFRS, oversee the month-end closing process, andserve as the main liaison with external auditors. You will also be responsible for statutory compliance and the strengthening of internal controls.

On the HR and IT front, you will manage employee onboarding and offboarding, track training requirements, and work closely with the country HR team to address local workforce needs. Additionally, you will coordinate with the outsourced IT vendor on technical onboarding/offboarding tasks and support ongoing system enhancements.

The ideal candidate is CPA or CA qualified, holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance, and brings at least 10 years of hands-on accounting experience. You have a strong track record in driving process improvements and are comfortable operating independently in a smaller set-up within a larger organisation.
