Our client, a well-established mid-sized public accounting firm, is expanding its leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Audit Manager. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who enjoys managing teams, driving audit excellence, and partnering closely with clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop audit professionals, fostering technical growth and high team performance.
• Oversee the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Review management accounts, perform risk assessments, set materiality thresholds, and support engagement planning.
• Supervise and perform complex fieldwork, including controls testing, substantive procedures, and detailed verification work.
• Review and finalise financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Review and prepare tax computations for IRAS submissions.
• Ensure full compliance with the Singapore Companies Act 1967, FRS, the Income Tax Act, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering practical insights and high-quality service.
• Contribute to internal audit quality reviews and the continuous improvement of firm-wide processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 7 years of audit experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Proven capability to manage multiple engagements independently while maintaining excellence in output.
• Solid technical knowledge and commitment to audit quality.
