About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to execute risk-based audits across operations, finance, accounting, and systems. You will ensure compliance, identify process improvements, support audit committees, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and deliver tangible outcomes (risk assessment, process improvements, compliance).
• Organize inventory and fixed asset reviews, ensuring zero asset loss.
• Liaise with management and external auditors on audit observations.
• Support teamwork, training, and development within the audit team.

Requirements:

• Qualified CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
• 4-8 years' internal audit experience, preferably in manufacturing. Big 4 audit experience required. (For Audit systems understanding)
• Strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to perform audits independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Open to relocation/international travel ~6-7 months/year
