We are a small, growing music startup focused on building a single artiste's brand, music releases, live performances and content presence.
We work closely on music plans, social content, creative collaborations and show opportunities.

What You'll Do

Admin & Operations

• Maintain daily schedules, calendars, call sheets and task lists
• Assist with bookings (studios, rehearsals, shoots, travel, accommodation)
• Handle emails, messages and coordination with partners/collaborators
• Keep documents, contracts, and project notes properly organized

Accounts Support

• Record expenses, claims, invoices and petty cash
• Issue invoices (shows, brand collabs, appearance fees) and track payment status
• Maintain neat financial records for month-end and accountant review

On-Ground Support (Occasional)

• Assist during shoots, rehearsals or event days (not every day)
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, videographers, producers
• Help ensure show days / content days run smoothly

Who You Are

• Diploma in Business / Admin / Accounting or similar
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Communicates well in English & Chinese (important for partners/vendors)
• Organized, responsible, and proactive in solving problems
• Likes working closely and collaboratively in a small team
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, idea-driven, creative environment

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

• Interested in music, social media, or creative production
• Familiar with IG / TikTok / 小红书 culture
• You enjoy working closely with people instead of in a big office structure
