PKF Singapore is a member firm of PKF International Limited family of legally independent network of professional accounting firms. Our Business Solutions Division provides value-added corporate services that covers payroll, accounting, tax, corporate secretarial and advisory services.

We are currently looking for suitable candidates to join us as assistant manager/manager in Accounting and Business Advisory Department. Successful candidate may have an opportunity to be considered for our leadership team.

Job description:
  • Manage accounting teams in client service delivery to a portfolio of local and international clients from a variety of industries.
  • Ensure high quality and timely deliverables for each engagement.
  • Maintain and continuously inspire a motivated team to be client-centric and always ensure excellent client's service.
  • Impart technical expertise to staff of the accounting teams to continuously develop and grow the department's capability.
  • Participate in the continuous on-the- job training for the staff members;
  • Manage productivity and profitability.
  • Maintain the standard operating procedures.
  • Manage project bidding, service enquiries and client conversion.
  • Handle client acceptance and onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with Firm's quality and risk management policy and the relevant statutory and regulatory requirement.
  • Ensure timely billing and collection.
  • Provide timely staff appraisal and feedback.
  • Lead/manage/participate and support division partner in various initiatives in productivity improvement, new business development, digital transformation and etc.
  • Any other ad hoc task or assignment to be assigned from time to time.

Requirement:
  • Degree in Accountancy, CA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years audit or a combination of audit and commercial experience include managerial experience.
  • Deep understanding of Singapore compliance requirements - accounting (SRFS and IFRS), consolidation, tax, payroll, and Companies Act
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership and managerial skills with good business acumen
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
