Job Title: Accountant / Bookkeeper (Xero Experience Required)

About Us:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. Our business values accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial management and is committed to providing a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Xero
• Handle AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (CPF, GST, IRAS etc.)
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Respond to auditors and other external regulatory bodies as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field
• 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, and IRAS requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Prior experience in SME environment
• Knowledge of other accounting platforms a plus (e.g. QuickBooks, MYOB)
• Experience with Singapore statutory filings
