Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including but not limited to, preparing financial reports, managing accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize accounting software (AutoCount) and advanced Excel skills to prepare financial reports.

- Process accounting transactions and tasks (GL/AR/AP/FA/Cashflow, account reconciliation, etc.).

- Ensure timely and accurate Monthly & Annual Financial reporting to Management.

- Prepare GST quarterly returns and corporate tax filings.

- Prepare cash flow statements and enforce proper collection of accounting data in the accounting software.

- Support compliance with finance and tax filing requirements, audits, and procedures.

- Coordinate with external parties such as tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and government authorities.

- Provide administrative support including Government funding/grants and MOM-related applications.

- Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for ad hoc projects and special management reports.

- Recommend finance process optimization and internal control improvements.

- Assist in finance digital transformation, including process automation and data analytics.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
