Manage company's project performance, liaising with internal project managers to deliver operational KPIs.
Prepare quarterly reports and present results and project status to stakeholders.
Maintain, analyse, and forecast project costs for management.
Actively support budgeting and forecasting processes, reviewing variances monthly.
Liaise with external auditors for statutory and interim audits.
Provide insights into project WIP, collections, risks, opportunities, and cash flow.
Review and process project-related payments and invoices.
Attend project management meetings to provide financial updates and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA).
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to project accounting or construction/engineering industries.
Strong understanding of project cost control, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
