Key Responsibilities
1.Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
2.Manage and monitor multiple bank accounts, perform daily cash flow tracking and bank reconciliation.
3.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting standards (SFRS).
4.Support group consolidation and reporting to the China headquarters in a timely manner.
5.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial service providers.
6.Assist in annual audits, tax filings, and corporate compliance tasks.
7.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and regulatory use.
8.Coordinate with the China finance team to ensure smooth communication and alignment of accounting practices and schedules.
9.Support ad-hoc financial analysis, budgeting, and internal control improvement initiatives.
Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
2.At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or investment holding company.
3.Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and corporate tax regulations.
4.Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
5.Experience in handling multi-currency accounts and cross-border transactions is a plus.
6.Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
7.Able to adapt to China working hours (GMT+8) and communicate effectively with the China finance team.
8.Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues.
