Job responsibilities:

• Handle accounting workflows according to company guidelines, including checking supporting documents such as delivery notes, contracts, and invoices.
• Review daily work processes to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing by preparing accurate entries
• Liaise with third-party and cross-border payments when needed.
• Take part in ad-hoc projects and digital initiatives aimed at improving accounting efficiency.

Requirements:

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Accounting Payable and Receivables knowledge
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity or interest with digital tools such as Power Query, Power Automate and SharePoint is an added advantage
